MannaYouth Retreat

June 2-5, 2026

Camp Palehua, Kapolei

MannaYouth’s vision is to help equip our youth to change their world, and this event is designed to do just that. As we start our summer break, we want to equip you to love God, love each other, and love the world more effectively. Our goal is to help you connect with God in a powerful way, but also to connect you with other young people to encourage you throughout the rest of the year.

This is our FIRST EVER annual Summer Retreat here at MannaYouth! We will have powerful worship sessions along with a message each night, small group discussions, have some friendly competitions involving our tribes and of course, HAVE FUN. Everyone will be placed into a tribe for the entirety of the event, where you will have the chance to build your tribe spirit and show off your skills. Throughout the event, we will have multiple activities and opportunities for you to compete against other tribes and help your tribe gain points. We will also have great food, games, a gift, and more, fully included in your registration! It's going to be EPIC. We'll see you there, and may the best tribe win!

Partner with us.

We truly believe that God will move in a powerful way through this retreat, and we would love to partner with you to help make this happen.

There are a few ways you can partner with us:

  1. PRAY

We can make many plans and create great services, but without God it would mean nothing. We would love for you to consider being a prayer partner with us as we prepare for this retreat. If you would like to become a prayer partner and receive updates as we go, please click here.

  2. GIVE

As we often say, the Gospel is free, but sharing it isn’t! While we would love to make this retreat completely free, the reality is that it costs money to make this happen.

With a longer retreat and increased costs, many students will be looking for help in attending the retreat. If you would like to support a student financially, you can do so through our giving page. Simply select the “MannaYouth Retreat Donations” dropdown. Any amount is welcome! You can also find a breakdown of our costs below.

  3. GO

If you have a heart for youth and are interested in being a part of our team for this event, we would love to hear from you. You can send us a message by scrolling to the bottom of this page and submitting the form. Just let us know that you are interested in serving!

How much should I give?

  • Early Bird: $140

    Regular : $170

    Late : $199

Registration helps cover: food and lodging for students, food and lodging for leaders, meeting space, supplies for activities, honorariums for guest speakers, camp gifts, etc.

  • Our leaders are generously taking time off work and giving up their week to attend the retreat in order to help invest in our young people.

We want to cover all of our leaders so they don't have to pay to be there. The base cost for a leader to attend is $150. We will likely need between 10-15 leaders.

  • In order to hold this retreat, we have to have space to actually meet for services, workshops, etc.

    The Pavilion area costs are:

$120 (plus tax) per day x4

    $500 for all four days

During the retreat, we need space for our leaders, directors, and guests (speakers and workshop hosts) to prepare for each day.

The cost of this cabin is $300.00 per night or $950 total with tax.

We also have additional miscellaneous costs such as: honorariums/leis for guest speakers, supplies for tribe games and activities, fun add-ons at the retreat center such as a Ninja Course and Campfires.

Total needed for this is about $1,750.00.

  • Any amount is welcome whether it's $10 or $10,000! Thank you for partnering with us.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • In our main sessions, you will have the opportunity to engage in worship and hear a powerful message from one of our speakers. These main sessions are designed to help you grow in your walk with God and truly know who Jesus is.

  • Our small groups are designed to help you connect and engage in life-giving relationships. These are age and gender specific groups where you will get the chance to dive deeper into what God is speaking to you.

  • What’s a youth event without some friendly (or serious) competition?? Every student will be placed into a tribe for the extent of the retreat. Throughout the event, we will have multiple team competitions as well as small activities, where tribes will compete to gain points. May the best tribe win!

  • Workshops are designed to help you dive deeper into your faith in practical ways. These workshops may include things like: a short teaching, hands on activities, simple and practical applications for every day life. These workshops are meant to help students understand what it looks like to apply their faith into everyday life.
